I hope 2023 is off to a good start for you and your family. In the last few months our church has been Blessed. We have been able to see lives changed through Salvations and Baptisms. Our outreach has allowed us to feed neighborhood families through our “Food Pantry”. Youth and AWANA are having a powerful impact on kids’ lives.

            I’m asking for your prayers as we enter this year, and we try to obey Acts 1:8, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” We need wisdom as we strive in these areas:

• First, that God will continue to use us to share the Gospel both in the church and in our outreach.
• Second, that God will open doors for us to share “The Gospel” with those people closest to us in Cherokee City.
• As our church grows, we have identified our need to add additional classrooms so our Third prayer, is for the funds to build the front addition which will enlarge our pantry space and create three more classrooms. We have already received donations of over $15,000. and hope to start the project this spring.

            If you have not been in Cornerstone lately, you have been missed! Spring and Easter are coming soon with all the excitement of “Fresh Start” and celebration that “We Serve a Risen Savior”.
